Volunteer Time
Periodic trail maintenance, invasive species mitigation, and hazard tree management are all important parts of regular stewardship that helps preserve and protect the Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest and Slickrock Wilderness. We are always eager to welcome new volunteers.
Join Us
Hike the forest, join us for casual Moonrise Parties, celebrate the incredible history of this public land, and gather for the occasional firefly festivity. We at the Partners of Joyce Kilmer look forward to building long-lasting friendships as we nurture this gem of public land.
